No assembly required. The only adjustments required are the length of
the stem and the angle of the search coil.
Adjusting the stem
1. Turn the stem’s lock nut clockwise until it loosens.
2. Adjust the length of the stem so that you can walk comfortably with
the search coil at an optimal distance of around 1/2 to 2 inches above
the ground.
