green LED lights up. This means the detector is ready to operate.
Meanwhile, the LCD displays . Slide the power switch down to
turn off the detector.
3. Hold the detector in a comfortable position with the search coil
parallel to the ground.
4. Place the coin sample on the ground and swing the coil left and right
to find the sample.
5. During searching, LCD displays . When the detector finds
metals, the red LED light will be on, a buzzer will be heard, and the LCD
will display .
6. When the LCD displays , please replace the battery.
Hints for searching
1. The detector has a motion detection mode. For finding metal
targets, you have to move the coil or move the metal sample above
the coil.
2. Sweep the search coil in a side-to-side motion.
3. Take your time. You may miss a target if you walk too fast. Never
sweep the search coil like a pendulum.
