Optics - error 2097193 The camera could not find
any MicroTubes
Check whether Micro-
Tubes were completely
drawn into the device; if
necessary, push the
MicroTubes in a bit faster
and with slightly more
pressure; check whether
all orange pins of the
MicroTubes have already
been depressed; if neces-
sary, use new MicroTubes
Pneumatics - blockage
detected
Blockage of the pneumatic
system detected
Make sure that the gas
inlet or outlet is not sealed
(e.g. by fingers, contami-
nation); if the blockage is
not promptly removed, the
X-act 7000 reports a
“Pneumatics - error”
RFID - multiple RFIDs Several MicroTubes are
located in the immediate
vicinity of the X-act 7000
and the associated RFID
tags are simultaneously
detected
Remove all MicroTubes,
except for the one to be
measured, from the imme-
diate vicinity of the X-act
7000 and repeat the pro-
cess
RFID - writing failed The number of remaining
measurements on Micro-
Tubes could not be written
back onto the Microtubes’
RFID tag
As a result, X-act 7000
displays one remaining
measurement too many;
the correct number of
remaining measurements
can be read out based on
the orange pins that have
not been depressed on the
MicroTubes
RFID - data corrupted Information on the RFID
tag of the inserted Micro-
Tubes is faulty
MicroTubes can no longer
be used; insert new Micro-
Tubes for further measure-
ments
Remote pump - not found Communication with the
X-am pump could not be
established
Check whether the X-am
pump is ready for opera-
tion; charge if necessary;
make sure that the coupler
and X-am pump are cor-
rectly fitted on the X-act
7000; make sure that the
infrared interfaces on the
X-act 7000 and X-am
pump have not been con-
taminated; make sure that
no foreign bodies are
located in the coupler
