Troubleshooting
The charging cradle
LEDs indicate an
error during the
charging process or
do not light up at all.
The crawling plate is
not positioned
correctly.
The crawling plate is
not sufficiently
fastened in place.
Retighten screw.
Check and correct
position of the
carrying strap.
Remove foreign
objects from under
the crawling plate or
in the charging cradle.
Place charging cradle
on level surface.
No supply voltage
present
Check operation of
the power supply unit
and/or vehicle
connection cable.
Camera is completely
non-functional (e. g.:
frozen image, camera
does not respond to
pressed keys).
Software malfunction Press the ON/OFF
button for 10 seconds
and switch camera
back on.
