Step 11: Install hardware retained from
Step 9 into lower corner mount of door
hinge plate. Leave loose at this time. (See
Figure K)
Step 12: Install hardware retained from
Step 2 into upper two mounting holes on
door hinge plate. Leave loose at this time.
(See Figure L)
Step 13: Using supplied bolt, washers,
and spacer. Place spacer and washer**
behind mid mount hole in hinge plate.
Leave loose at this time.
(See Figures M & N)
**Washer quantity will vary on vehicle.
Add or remove washers to adjust door
alignment.
Step 14: Place supplied brass washers on
the hinge mount pins. Apply anti-seize on
hinge pins. Install door onto hinge pins and
secure top hinge using supplied hinge
screw. Thread locker is recommended to
prevent screw from backing out.
