been a great ride for work and play so we have designed doors to fit both applications. Easy to use and

Step 1: Place vehicle on flat level surface.
Place gear shifter in park and remove key.
Step 2: Remove safety nets and rear cab
corner covers. If you choose to you may also
remove the hip bars. The top two bolts on
the hip bar will be used to mount door hinge
plate. (See Figure A) After netting is
removed, reinstall cab corners.

Installing New U-Nut

Install the new supplied U-Nut behind plastics in the previously drilled hole.

Installing Support Rail

Insert the plastic supplied support rail between plastic layers, ensuring alignment.

Installing Striker Pin and Hardware

Install the striker pin and re-install previously removed factory hardware.

Accessing Torx Head Bolts

Slide the seat forward to access the Torx head bolt on the outside corner behind the seat.

Positioning Door Hinge

Place the door hinge into position, aligning the hinge plate with specific bolt holes.

Mounting Hinge Plate Hardware

Install retained hardware into the lower corner and upper mounting holes of the door hinge plate.

Mid Mount Hole Installation

Place a spacer and washer behind the mid mount hole in the hinge plate.

Hinge Pin Preparation and Door Attachment

Apply anti-seize to hinge pins, place brass washers, and secure the door to the hinge pins.

Latch Adjustment and Alignment

Loosen retaining bolts on the latch using an Allen wrench to adjust alignment with the striker pin.

Installing Rubber Bump Stop

Install the supplied rubber bump stop at the bottom corner of the plastics in line with the door frame.

Final Hinge Hardware Tightening

Shut the door to ensure frame alignment before tightening all hinge hardware.
