This document describes the Dreaver Treadmill (models S310 & S340), a fitness device designed for walking and running indoors.

Function Description

The Dreaver Treadmill is an exercise machine that allows users to walk or run on a moving belt. It features an LED display window that shows speed, calories burned, and time, with the display content switching every 5 seconds. The treadmill is controlled via a remote control, which includes keys for starting/stopping the machine, increasing speed (Speed+ key), and decreasing speed (Speed key). The device is designed for family use, not for schools, gymnasiums, or other high-traffic public places.

Usage Features

The treadmill is designed for straightforward operation. After unpacking and assembly (which involves fixing the column and frame holes with screws and gaskets for the S340 model, and laying the main part on the ground for both), the user plugs in the power supply. The machine is then started and speed adjusted using the remote control.

Safety Precautions and Warnings are emphasized:

Indoor Use: The machine should be placed indoors to avoid dampness, and no water or foreign matter should be splashed on it.
Attire: Users should wear appropriate sportswear and sneakers; barefoot running is forbidden.
Power: The power plug must be reliably grounded, and the socket should have a special circuit, not shared with other electrical equipment.
Children: Children should be kept away from the machine.
Overload: Avoid long-term overload to prevent damage to the motor, controller, bearings, and running belt. Regular maintenance is crucial.
Environment: Reduce indoor dust, maintain humidity, and avoid strong static electricity to prevent interference with the electronic meter.
Air Circulation: Maintain indoor air circulation during use.
Safety Key: Always clamp the safety key cable to clothing to ensure emergency shutdown.
Health: Stop exercising and consult a doctor if feeling uncomfortable or abnormal.
Silicone Oil: Store silicone oil out of reach of children.
Clothing: Ensure clothing is properly buckled and not easily hooked by the machine.
Power Cord: Keep the power cord away from hot objects, do not damage or forcibly bend/twist it, and avoid placing heavy objects on it.
Movement: Do not move or adjust the machine body while it is running.
Disassembly: Non-professionals should not disassemble the machine.
Circuits: The machine is only to be used in 20 amp circuits.
Single User: Only one person can use the machine when it is started.
Medical Conditions: Individuals under medical treatment or with specific health conditions (e.g., waist pain, circulatory disorders, osteoporosis, pregnancy) must consult a specialist doctor before use.
Physical Condition: Do not use the machine if feeling dizzy, chest pain, nausea, or shortness of breath, or if experiencing physical pain different from usual.
Damaged Machine: Do not use if the shell is cracked, broken, detached, or if internal structure leaks out.
Exercise Behavior: Do not jump on or off during exercise.
Wet Conditions: Do not use or store in damp places, outdoors, or near bathrooms.
Heat Sources: Do not use or keep in direct sunlight, near stoves, or heating appliances.
Damaged Power Cord: Do not use if the power cord or plug is damaged or the socket is loose.
Multiple Users: Do not use with two or more people simultaneously.
Awareness: Do not use if unable to express awareness or operate it.
Water Contact: Do not drench the main body or operation part with water or beverages.
Sudden Exercise: People who do not exercise normally should not suddenly engage in energetic sports.
Timing: Do not use after eating, when tired, or when physical condition is abnormal.
Eating/Drinking: Do not use while eating, drinking, or doing other activities.
Pockets: Do not use with hard objects in pants pockets.
Wet Hands: Do not use with wet hands to pull out or insert the power plug.
Unplugging: Pull out the power plug from the socket when not in use.

Maintenance Features

Regular maintenance is essential for the longevity and proper functioning of the Dreaver Treadmill.

1. Lubrication:

Frequency:
- Less than 3 hours/week usage: Lubricate every 5 months.
- 4-7 hours/week usage: Lubricate every 2 months.
- More than 7 hours/week usage: Lubricate every month.
Method: Grasp the running belt near the central area and touch the back. If it feels dry and there's no silicone oil on your hand, lubrication is needed. Spray silicone oil on the inside of the running belt, then run the treadmill at 1 km/h for about a minute to evenly spread the oil. Do not use too much oil.

2. Elastic Adjustment of Running Belt:

Issue: Over time, the running belt may loosen, leading to slipping during use.
Adjustment: Adjust the running belt by turning the adjusting screws on both the left and right sides synchronously in a clockwise direction, using half a circle as a unit.
Caution: Do not overtighten the running belt, as this can accelerate aging, increase motor load, and shorten bearing life. The belt should be tight enough to prevent slipping during normal use.

3. Deviation Adjustment of Running Belt:

Causes: Running belt deviation can occur due to the main part not being placed stably, uneven force on the user's feet, or the user's feet not being in the center of the belt during exercise.
Correction: Deviations caused by human factors may self-correct after several minutes of no-load operation. For persistent deviations, adjust the belt by turning the screw by half a turn.
Warranty: Running belt deviation is not covered by warranty and is the user's responsibility to maintain and adjust according to instructions. Failure to adjust can seriously damage the running belt and affect its service life. Immediate adjustment is recommended if deviation occurs.
