Why my dreo DR-HSH005 does not start?
    • S
      Steven HuntAug 11, 2025
There are several reasons why your Dreo Heater might not be starting. First, ensure the power cord is properly plugged into a powered electrical outlet. Check that your circuit breaker or fuse is working correctly. Overheat protection may have been activated, so turn the heater OFF, unplug it, and allow it to cool. Also, make sure the thermostat is set at a higher temperature than the ambient temperature. Ensure your heater is placed on a flat and even surface. Check and remove any objects on or adjacent to the heater and wait 5-10 minutes before plugging the unit back in.

Why does my dreo DR-HSH005 suddenly stop during heating?
    • A
      Alexander MorrisAug 18, 2025
Your Dreo Heater might suddenly stop during heating because the temperature exceeds the thermal cutoff threshold. To resolve this, turn off the unit and unplug it from the power outlet. Allow it to cool, and then plug it into the electrical outlet again. Another reason could be that the heater is tipped over. Make sure to place it on a flat, level, and stable surface.
