How to fix Drill Master Power Tool that will not start?
    • M
      Mr. Ricardo SandovalJul 31, 2025
If your Drill Master Power Tool won't start, first ensure the cord is properly plugged in. Then, check if the outlet has power. If the outlet is unpowered, turn off the tool and check the circuit breaker. If the breaker is tripped, ensure the circuit has the correct capacity for the tool and isn't overloaded. If the tool has a thermal reset breaker, turn it off, let it cool, and press the reset button. If none of these steps work, it may have internal damage or wear and require servicing by a technician.

Why is my Drill Master 120 Volt Variable Speed Jigsaw overheating?
    • M
      Michael StevensonAug 5, 2025
If your Drill Master Power Tool is overheating, avoid forcing it to work too fast; allow it to operate at its own pace. Check for and correct any misalignment of accessories. Ensure cutting accessories are sharp, replacing them if damaged or dull. Also, clear any blockages from the motor housing vents using compressed air while wearing ANSI-approved safety goggles and a NIOSH-approved dust mask/respirator. Finally, if you're using an extension cord, eliminate it, or use one with the correct diameter for its length and load to prevent straining the motor.

Why is my Drill Master 120 Volt Variable Speed Jigsaw Power Tool running so slow?
    • K
      Karl ShawAug 10, 2025
If your Drill Master Power Tool is operating slowly, the extension cord might be too long or have too small a diameter. Try eliminating the extension cord. If you need to use one, make sure it has the right diameter for its length and the tool's load.
