1. If the issues cannot be rectied, please contact Dritech or your vendor for assistance.
2. Do not disassemble the unit unless your technicians are qualied.
3. When the unit starts or stops, some noise from the refrigerant pipeline is normal.
4. Warm air from the air outlet is normal.
