Tighten the seat post clamping
screw with a 5 mm allen key to a
torque of 8 Nm.
Warning!
When removing the seatpost
do not go over the minimum
insertion limit indicated on the
component itself.
Warning!
Make sure that, with your feet
on the ground, there are 3/4cm
of air between your groin and
the top tube.
Adjust the position of the handlebar
and control grips to a comfortable
position and ensure that you can use
the brake levers comfortably even
with the handlebar in a low position.
The right lever adjusts the brake and
rear derailleur, while the left lever
adjusts the brake and front derailleur.
After making the adjustments, tighten
the screws once again with the
tightening torque indicated in the
manufacturer’s manual.

Adjust the seat height based on the
type of pedalling and the comfort
of the user, considering that at the
lowest point of the crank, with the sole
of the foot resting on the pedal, the leg
must not be fully extended; with the
heel resting on the crank, on the other
hand, the leg must be extended almost
to the maximum.
