Pairing the remote control with
the e-Bike
The rst time you connect the
Garmin e-Bike remote control
to the e-Bike, you must pair the
remote control with the FSA motor
system on the bicycle by following a
series of steps:
1 Position the remote control
within 1 metre (3 feet) from the
e-Bike. PLEASE NOTE: stay 10 m
(33 feet) away from other ANT+
sensors during the pairing.
2 Turn on the e-Bike.
3 On the Garmin e-Bike remote
control, press and hold two buttons
simultaneously until the state LED
starts alternating from red to green,
then release the buttons.
The remote control starts the
research of the e-Bike. Once paired,
the state LED ashes six times with
the colour green.
When the remote control is paired,
it connects to the e-Bike every
time it is within reach and is on. To
activate the remote control select
any button.
To install the handlebar support
of the remote control, follow
the original instructions of the
manufacturer based on the type of
support supplied with the bicycle.

and pairing with a Garmin Edge
device, consult the original Garmin
instructions supplied with the
Pedelec bicycle. If you lose the
instructions, consult the website
