RULES TO APPLY
IN THE EVENT OF
DAMAGE
UPON DELIVERY
In the event of damage, occurred
during the transport of the goods,
follow the rules below based on the
two case scenarios:
1) In the case of apparent damage,
i.e. visible upon delivery, you must:
Raise reservations on the
transport and/or delivery
documents that are signed
upon receiving the goods. Such
reservations must be as detailed
as possible; specify the type and
extent of the damage or of the
part missing. You must also raise
reservations if there is visible
damage on the packaging.
Communicate immediately to
KP S.r.l. the damage by
indicating all the details of
the shipment with photo
documentation of the
packaging and of the
damaged parts.
2) In the case of hidden damage,
meaning not visible upon delivery,
proceed as follows:
• immediately communicate the
damage identied to KP S.r.l.
indicating all the details of
the shipment with photo
documentation of the packaging
and of the damaged parts.
KP S.r.l. disclaims all liability if
the recipient does not follow the
damage evaluation procedure
described above or if he or she does
not promptly report the incident.
POLICY IN
ACCORDANCE
WITH THE BATTERY
REGULATION
The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol
on the equipment indicates that
the product should be collected and
disposed of separately from other
waste at the end of its useful life.
The user is legally obliged to dispose
of batteries and accumulators in
accordance with the regulations
for disposal. They can be returned
after use to a municipal collection
point or to local shops equipped for
disposal.
