same type, which the Consumer
can rightly expect, considering
the nature of the good and, if
applicable, the public statements
on the specic characteristics
of the goods made by the seller,
the manufacturer and its agent
or representative, especially in
advertisements and labelling;
• They are also suitable for the
particular use intended by the
consumer and brought to the
seller’s knowledge at the time of
conclusion of the contract and
that the seller has also accepted by
conduct.
The Consumer Customer loses all
rights if he or she does not report in
writing to KP S.r.l. the conformity
defect within two months since
the date when the defect was
discovered.
Following the report, the
Consumer will have the right to
request the repair or replacement
of the good. KP S.r.l. shall respond
no later than seven working days
after receiving the report. In the
event that the repair or
replacement of the good are
impossible or too expensive for KP
S.r.l., it shall reduce the price or
terminate the contract. In this
case, it shall indicate the
modalities to reimburse the sums
paid.
The warranty does not apply if the
bicycle:
• is used in races or sporting
competitions;
• is used for commercial purposes
(e.g.: rental);
• is used in a non-compliant or
dierent way compared to the
purpose for which it was designed;
• receives improper or insucient
maintenance;
• is not repaired by a specialised
workshop.
The warranty is only valid if original
components are used, including
those that have been replaced.
