CRASH
REPLACEMENT
The Crash Replacement service is
limited to the rst owner of the
bicycle and is valid for the rst two
years since the date of purchase,
only once.
KP oers the chance to replace the
frame of the Ducati powered by
Thok under specic conditions in
the event of an accident. The switch
will take place with a frame of equal
or higher level (based on what is
available) without components.
The assembly of the components on
the new frame will not be included
in the price, it will be charged to the
customer.
The circumstances that led to the
damage will need to be explained in
detail, by also attaching the images
of the damaged bicycle.
KP reserves the right to not grant
the service if the damage is only
aesthetic in nature or caused
deliberately.

WARRANTY
KP S.r.l.’s warranty covers, pursuant
to and for the purposes of Articles
128 . of Legislative Decree
206/2005, the goods purchased
by the Consumer Customer for any
conformity defect that appears
within the two years since the
delivery.
Regarding used goods, in
accordance with article 134,
paragraph 2, Legislative Decree
206/2005, that have been
examined and repaired in
accordance with the specications
of the manufacturer, KP S.r.l. is
liable to the Consumer Customer for
the conformity defects that emerge
within one year since the delivery of
the good.
For the purposes of this contract,
consumer goods are presumed to be
in conformity if, where relevant, the
following circumstances coexist:
• They are suitable for the use to
which goods of the same type are
normally put;
• They match the description given
by the seller and have the qualities
of the good the seller presented to
the Consumer Customer as a sample
or model;
• They present the usual qualities
and performance of a good of the
