Preparation for Assembly
To build your Play System you will/may need:
• 2 people -
there are some heavy components.
• Instructions -
readily at hand to begin building.
• Gloves -
if you wish to use protective gloves as a precautionary measure.
• Knee pads -
if you wish to use protective knee pads as a precautionary measure.
• Spirit level -
check everything is plumb and level.
• Measuring tape -
measure to help identify correct length timbers.
• A stepladder -
to safely work at height.
• Drill -
pre-drilling holes for screws.
• Screwdriver bit for drill -
there are a lot of screws to screw in.
• 3 mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm drill bit -
remember to pre-drill holes for screws.
• Socket wrench with 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 17mm, or adjustable spanner -
connecting larger timber
assemblies.
• Sandpaper -
to round out any sharp edges or corners.
