      Ernest ClarkJul 29, 2025
If your Durablow remote control isn't working, it could be due to several reasons: * The batteries in the transmitter and receiver might be low or missing, so replace them. * The signal might be weak because the receiver is obstructed; try relocating it. * You might be too far from the receiver; try moving the receiver and transmitter closer. * If it's a smart home remote, the Wi-Fi signal could be weak; try relocating the receiver or Wi-Fi router. * The device itself might be defective; in this case, contact the seller for a replacement.

Why Fireplace fire is ON and OFF too often with Durablow Thermostat remote?
    • J
      James PayneAug 22, 2025
If your fireplace fire is turning ON and OFF too frequently or too slowly when using a thermostat remote control model, it's likely that the temperature “SWING” setting is either too small or too big. Locate the “SWING” setting on the transmitter handset or Smart Life APP (for Smart Home remote control models) and reselect an appropriate swing level: **2°F(1°C), 4°F(2°C), 6°F(3°C)**.
