The pump unable to suck up water:
1) Is it filled with enough amount of water?
2) Is the filter clogged?
3) Is the hose fastener clip tightened?
4) Is the hose damaged?
5) Is the suction head too high?
6) If the pump still fails to work, send it to any of the
authorized dealers.
