TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem Fault Solution
Motors will not start. Machine not connected. Make sure connection.
The motors stop directly after
starting.
Incorrect fuse.
Thermal overload not set
correctly.
Change to correct circuit.
Electrician should adjust.
Pump runs but no suction.

Hose not connected.
Hose plugged.
No plastic sack on the cyclone.
The container is not rmly
attached to the bottom of the
cyclone.
Connect the hose.
Find and remove block.
Mount the correct sack.
Secure the container.
Pump runs but poor suction. Hole in the hose.
Plugged lter.
Hose too long or too small.
Hose is kinked.
Machine top is mounted
incorrectly.
Dust is packed in the cyclone.
One of the fans is turned o.
Change or repair hose.
Clean or change lter.
Change the hose.
Check and free.
Adjust the mounting.
Take o the top and clean out.
Start it.
Machine blows dust. Filter is perforated or has come
loose.
Check the lters and change if
necessary
Abnormal sound from machine. Order service.
The machine stops. Overheating. If the machine is at risk of over-
heating – e.g. due to extreme
choking – the thermo switch will
be triggered and the machine will
stop.
It is important that the operator
then presses the power switch
to the OFF position, removes
the plug from the power socket,
and waits 3 to 5 minutes for the
machine to cool. The thermo
switch can then be reset by pres-
sing the RESET button. The plug
can then be reinserted into the
power socket, and the machine
can be restarted by pressing the
power switch to the ON position
