What to do if Dyna-Glo Grill burner will not light with a match?
    • C
      Carl BeckerAug 3, 2025
If the burner on your Dyna-Glo Grill won't light with a match, there are several potential causes. First, ensure the match is reaching the burners by using the match holder found in the cabinet door. Also, check the fuel level and refill the tank if it's empty. A poor connection between the valve regulator and LP cylinder coupling could also be the problem; in this case, turn off the grill knobs, close the LP cylinder valve, and check the connection, disconnecting and reconnecting if necessary. Finally, the burner inlet might be blocked and it should be cleaned.

How to fix Dyna-Glo Grill burner not lighting with ignitor?
    • D
      David PriceAug 10, 2025
If the burner on your Dyna-Glo Grill won't light using the ignitor, and there's a weak or no spark, it could be due to a few reasons. The igniter electrode may be covered with grease or residue, so clean the ignitor electrode. Also, the igniter electrode may have a loose or disconnected wire; check the connection and reconnect any loose or disconnected wires. Finally, the ignition electrode could be cracked or broken, and it should be replaced.

Why does my Dyna-Glo Grill have excessive flare ups?
    • R
      Rachael HicksAug 19, 2025
Excessive flare ups in your Dyna-Glo Grill can be due to several reasons: a build-up of grease and/or residue on heat tents or in the firebox, excessive dripping of fat or marinade from food, or a cooking temperature that is too high. To resolve this, clean the grill components, trim the fat from meat and use non-oil based marinades, and lower the cooking temperature accordingly.

Why is there no gas flow in my Dyna-Glo Grill?
    • J
      James MccarthyAug 26, 2025
If you're experiencing no gas flow or an obstructed gas flow in your Dyna-Glo Grill, possible causes include: the tank valve not being fully opened (fully open by turning counterclockwise), an empty tank (check fuel level and replace if necessary), a poor connection between the valve regulator and LP cylinder coupling (turn off grill knobs, close the LP cylinder valve, and check/reconnect the connection), or a blocked burner inlet. In the latter case, clean the burner inlet and burner as described by the Care and Maintenance section in the manual.
