STARTING THE ENGINE
（1）Open the fuel valve.（see Fig3-1）
① OPEN ② CLOSE
（2）Tum the STOP SWITCH to the
position “I”(ON).(see Fig 3-2)
① ON .的② OFF
（3）Close the choke lever.
FLOAT Type . (see Fig 3-3-B)
DIAPHRAGM Type (see Fig 3-3-B)
① OPEN ② CLOSE
■ If the engine is cold or the ambient
temperature is low, close the choke lever
fully.
■ If the engine is warm or the ambient
temperature is high, open the choke lever
half-way, or keep it fully open.
■ For the diaphragm type, press the primer
pump on the carburetor casing a few times to circulate the fuel to the
carburetor.(see Fig 3-4)
（4）Pull the starter handle slowly until resistance is felt. This is the
