The electric vibrator is started by means of the switch which is mounted on a rubber block between the
beams.
The direction of movement of the beam can be changed by turning the switch knob to the opposite position.
For maintenance operations, voltage changes and eccentric settings refer to the ER 505 instruction provided.

For starting, stopping and maintenance operations refer to the instruction book provided.
SCREEDING
As soon as the vibrations are started the beam must be set in motion at a uniform speed of 0.5 -1 m/mn.
To avoid impressions in the concrete the beam must not be stopped while screeding is in progress.
Keep the underside of the beam horizontal to achieve the full effect of the vibration.
