Remove the pre-filter. Ask the customer
to wash if necessary (when the call has
ended). Ensure pre-filter is completely
dry before refitting.

customer to wash if necessary (when
the call has ended). Ensure post filter is
completely dry before refitting.
Ask the customer to reassemble and
retry the machine. If the machine is still
not working arrange a repair.
