  If the green light comes on instead of the red light when you plug in your e-Joe Bicycle charger, it means it isn’t charging. First, check to see if the batteries are fully charged. Then, check whether the charger is plugged in properly to both the battery and the outlet. Also, check the voltage of the charger and battery. If there is zero voltage on the charger, then it needs to be replaced. If there is zero voltage from the battery, then check the fuse.
