To tighten or loosen brakes using the wrench provided,
unscrew the NUTS level cables placed on the jaws of the
brake and pull lightly on the cable to shorten it or lengthen
depending on the desired action:
Shorten the cable let go of the tension of the brake:
Extend the cable tighter the tension of the brake:
Tighten the screws with the key in now the cable to length:
