What to do if E-Wheels EW-M48 won't move when turned on?
- MMs. Natalie MurrayJul 31, 2025
If your E-Wheels Wheelchair doesn't move when powered on, first check the Battery Gauge on the joystick to ensure all LED lights are illuminated. Next, examine the Self-Diagnostic Warning Light; it should be steady. A flashing light indicates a problem (refer to the chart on page 16 for problem identification). Also, ensure all electrical connections are secure and that the batteries are correctly connected according to the 'Installation of Batteries' instructions. If these steps don't resolve the issue, contact your authorized dealer.
