6.1、Connectthepowersupplywellandtheearthwireespecially.
6.2、 The power supply will be turned off when pressing the emergency
switch. If you want to continue to work, you need to turn on the
power supply again. Therefore, please don't touch the emergency
switchduringworkinordertoavoiddamageloss.
6.3、Becarefultoavoidhandswoundedwhenliftingthewipingrodand
dryingoven.
6.4、 The leading paper must be pasted straight, neat and flat on the
collecting roller for picture; otherwise it will be deviation from the
roller.
6.5、Thelaminatingspeedshallbesuitabletomaketheliquidfilmdrying
enoughtoavoidpictureadhesiveduetodryinginefficient.
6.6、 The liquid film is difficult to remove after it drying. Thus, it is
necessary to remove liquid retained on the wiping rod and the
frameswithwetclothatonce.
6.7、Thedryingovenisaheaterwithlargepower.Itisprohibitedthatno
oneisatworksitewhenthemachineworks.Itisstrictlyprohibited
that combustibles and explosive substance are put around the
dryingoven.Whenthedryingovenisheating,itisprohibitedtouse
combustible fluid such as alcohol and gasoline cleaning the drying
oven toavoid afire.Turnoff thepowersupplypromptlyoncea fire
occurs;usefireextinguishertoputoutthefire.
6.8、 The cooler will work 2 minutes after work finished to reduce the
temperature;Pleasedonotturnoffthepowersupplyatonce.
6.9、Checkabnormalsoundorfailureatonce.Donotturnonthemachine
beforeshootingtroubles.
6.10、Checkregularlywhethereachrotatingcomponentsrunningwell.In
some conditions, it is needed to dismounting for cleaning and
coatinglubricatinggrease.
6.11、 Turn off the power supply when checking and repairing the
machine.
6.12、Whenabnormalorfailureisfoundandyoucan'tshootthetrouble,
pleasecontactwiththemanufacturerassoonaspossible.
