5.1、Preparation
5.1.1、AddingLiquid:Turnofftheliquidpumpswitch.Openthemachine
left cabinet door. Add some liquid filtered into tank depending
upontheamountto be used. (It is permitted toadd 5-10%clean
waterandstirringthemixedliquid.Seeliquidfilminstructionfor
details.)
5.1.2、 Temperature Setting: Turn on the main switch (see Fig.2). Press
the△buttonorthe▽buttontosettemperature.Becauseliquid
film drying will be influenced by many factors such as ambient
temperature, dampness, property of liquid film, coated film
thickness, picture feed speed and the base-material of picture
etc., the temperature setting range is between 100℃-140℃. The
operatormayadjustthembyhisexperienceindifferentcases.Itis
recommendedthatthetemperaturecanbesetat110℃,thespeed
at30%whenoperatingthemachineatfirsttime.
Notice:Too lower a temperature may cause the picture distortion. Too
higheraspeedmaycausethepicturenotdrycompletely.
