5.2、PlacingPictureonthemachine
5.2.1、Pasteapieceofleading paper(orcloth)about 1-1.5meterslong
andhavingthesamewidthwiththepicture(itisbettertousesame
material with the picture.) at each end of the picture to be
laminated.Thenrollthepictureonapapertube withthepicture
drawingoutward.Afterthis,putthepapertubeintotherollerfor
supportingthepicture.
5.2.2、Lift up heating box, loose the positioning-wheel and pull up the
roller system for wiping liquid film. Paste the picture and paper-
tube on the roller for collecting picture together according to a
path,throughwhichthepicturepasses.Thenputdowntheroller
systemforwipingliquidfilm,andclampthepositioning-wheelat
twosides.
5.2.3、Movetheliquid-filmstopperstothetwoendsofthepicture,and
screwfirmlyasmallhandwheelattheliquid-filmstoppers.
5.2.4、Adjustthedamp-handwheel(seeFig.3)oftherollerforsupporting
thepicture,inordertoletthepicturestained.Thelaminatedfilm
willbeover-thicknessandwithoutdryingenoughifadampistoo
small.However,themotormaybedamagedifdampistoolarge.
5.2.5、TurntheDirectionSwitchofthecollectingrollerforpictureatits
upperposition“ F”tolettherollerforcollectingpicturerotatingin
clockwise.PresstheWork-State-SelectionSwitchofthecollecting
roller for picture, and turn the speed-adjusting button in
clockwisetoletthepicturestained
Notice:Whenthepicturemountedonthemachine,thetwosidesofthe
pictureshallbe paralleltoits moving direction;otherwise, thepicture
maydeviatefromthesettinglineduringlaminating.
