the heating-boxes and drying the liquid in the guiding paper (or
cloth).Notice:Aftertheheating-boxesstopwork,theaxialfanwill
stop work automatically after 2 minutes delayed. Please turn off
themainswitchaftertheaxialfanstopswork.
5.4.4、 Take the picture from the machine: Lift up the heating-boxes,
depart the picture from the guiding paper (or cloth). Press the
Direction Switch of the roller for collecting picture (Fig.4) at
position“ R”.Turnthespeed-adjustingbuttoninclockwise toset
the 100%. Press the Work-State-Selection Switch of the roller for
collecting picture (Fig.4) in order to take the laminated picture
fromthemachine.Youcanalsotaketherollerforcollectingpicture
fromthemachinetorollthepictureontheworktable.
5.4.5、EmergencyButton:Inthecourseoflaminating,Ifthetemperature
isfoundtoohigh(thismayburnthepicture),andwithoutanytime
tochangethetemperaturesettingvalue,youcanliftupthedrying
boxesorpresstheEmergencyButtontoturnoffthemachine.
5.4.6、 If it is found that the machine is with troubles, press the
emergencybutton(Fig.2)tocutoffpowersupply.
5.5、Servicesafterworking
5.5.1、Turnoffthepowersupply.
5.5.2、Retrieveliquidcollectedinthetray.
5.5.3、Cleanmachinecomponents:Cleanthewiping-rod,liquidstoppers
and theroller for coatingthe pictureintime withwet clothafter
laminating. In order to facilitate the cleaning work, loose the
positioning handwheels (Fig.6), and lift up the wiping roller
system.Putthembackintheirplaceforusingthemachineatnext
time.
Notice:Ifthemachineisnotusedforalogtime,emptyoutliquidfrom
thetankintotheoriginalcontainer,andwashthepipebetweentankand
valvetoavoidblockageduetosolidification.
