PREMESSA
II presente registro di controllo è rilasciato da Easylift al
proprietario della macchina in accordo all’allegato I della
direttiva 2006/42/CE
II presente registro di controllo è da considerare come
parte della macchina e deve accompagnare la stessa per
tutta la sua vita, fino allo smantellamento finale.
Sul registro occorre annotare le seguenti situazioni che
riguardano la vita della macchina:
trasferimenti di proprietà;
sostituzioni di motori, meccanismi, elementi strutturaIi,
componenti elettrici, componenti idraulici, dispositivi di
sicurezza e relativi componenti;
avarie di una certa entità e relative riparazioni;
verifiche periodiche.
INTRODUCTION
This inspection record is rellased by EASYLIFT to the
machine owner in accordance with directive 2006/42/EC
enclosure I.
The inspection record is to be considered as a part of the
machine and must accompany it throughout its life until
it is finally demolished
In the register it is necessary to record the following situ-
ations in regard to the life of the machine:
transfers of ownership;
replacement of motors, mechanisms, structural ele-
ments, electrical components, hydraulic components,
safety devices and their related components;
serious failures and their repairs;
routine inspections.
Se i fogli del registro fossero insufficienti, bisognerà
aggiungere i fogli necessari, fotocopiandoli o redi-
gendoli come quelli già presenti. Sui fogli aggiun-
tivi I'utente indichera il tipo di piattaforma, la
matricola di fabbrica e I'anno di costruzione, in
modo che possano diventare parte integrante del
presente registro.
If there are insufficient pages in the register the
necessary pages must be added by making photo-
copies and drawing them up like those already ex-
isting. On the additional pages the user must
indicate the type of platform, the serial number and
the year of construction so that they become an in-
tegral part of the register.
