The EatSmart warranty covers defects in material and workmanship of
the product under normal use for a period of two (2) years (excluding
batteries) from the date of retail purchase. The warranty does not cover
damages resulting from misuse, abuse, immersion, normal wear and
tear or unauthorized modification.
Should this scale require service (or replacement at our option) while
under warranty, please contact EatSmart for return authorization and
troubleshooting.
