5. Frying
To prepare fried cheese, schnitzels, mushrooms, hamburgers, cauliower and
other foods.
• Put the required foods in the container with non-stick surface.
• Set the control to 180–220 °C or as needed. The control light comes on.
• Make sure after nishing cooking that the food is well baked through.
• Always switch o the appliance and unplug it after nishing cooking.
6. Deep-frying
To prepare chips, croquets, American potatoes, as well as fried cauliower or
mushrooms.
• Pour oil in the container with non-stick surface up to marked line. NEVER
overll.
• Set the control to 180–200 °C or as needed. The control light comes on.
• Put foods in the deep-fry basket and immerse in oil. Do not ll the basket
over the marked line.
• Place the deep fried foods on a paper towel to drain.
• Always switch o and unplug the appliance when you nish preparing food.
7. Baking
To prepare baked dishes, such as baked pasta, potatoes and meat, vegetables
and cheese.
• Set the control to 180–220 °C or as needed. The control light comes on.
• Put a small amount of oil, butter or vegetable shortening in the container with
non-stick surface.
• Always switch o and unplug the appliance when you nish preparing food.
8. Grilling
To prepare grilled sausages, steaks, skewers, cheeses, etc.
• Set the control to 220–240 °C or as needed. The control light comes on.
• Put a small amount of oil, butter or vegetable shortening in the container with non-stick surface.
• Remove the food after grilling and then switch o and unplug the appliance.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Never immerse the base in water or any other
liquid and do not wash it in the dishwasher.
• You can wash the lid in the dishwasher.
Cleaning:
• Unplug the power cord.
• Lift the lid and take out all the accessories. Wash
the accessories in soapy water.
• Always remove rst hot oil or any other liquid
from the container with non-stick surface.
• Take out the container with non-stick surface,
remove leftovers of liquid or food and let it cool.
Fill the container with non-stick surface with
water with gentle detergent. Do not use abrasive
materials to clean.
• You can wipe the exterior using moistened
sponge. Never use abrasive sponge pads or
powders.
Maintenance:
• Make sure that the container with non-stick
surface is perfectly dry before using it.
• Never pour cold water in the container with non-
stick surface.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads,
you could damage the non-stick surface.
• Use only wooden or heat-resistant plastic
utensils when cooking to prevent damage to the
non-stick surface.
• Never use metal utensils.
• Never immerse the base (external unit) in water
or any other liquid. Wipe with damp cloth only.
• Never pour water in hot oil.
