If your Echo Lawn and Garden Equipment engine cranks but struggles to start or doesn't start at all, several issues could be responsible. Check for fuel reaching the carburetor; if there's none, clean or replace the fuel strainer, fuel line, or carburetor. If the muffler is wet with fuel, open the choke, clean or replace the air filter, and adjust the carburetor. Also, verify that the switch is set to the ON position. Ensure the spark plug gap is adjusted to .65mm (0.026in.), and clean or replace the spark plug if necessary.
