Why does my Echo Blower engine run, then die?

  If your Echo Blower engine runs, but then dies or accelerates poorly, several factors could be at play. The air filter might be dirty, requiring cleaning or replacement. The fuel filter could be dirty and needs replacement. A plugged fuel vent also needs replacing. Inspect the spark plug; it may need cleaning, adjustment, or replacement. The carburetor might need adjustment. A plugged cooling system could be the culprit and requires cleaning. Lastly, the exhaust port or spark arrestor screen might be plugged, which also calls for cleaning.
