ECHO Bear Cat’s Incorporated’s Limited Warranty, provides to the
original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and
workmanship, for the periods and limitations described herein, from
the date of original purchase. Note: Engines are warrantied separately
by the engine manufacturer and owners should refer to the engine
manufacturer’s warranty terms and guidelines as provided separately
with these products. Under normal use and maintenance from the date
of original purchase, ECHO bear cat agrees to repair or replace, at their
discretion, any non-engine defective product free of charge.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXTENDED TO THE ORIGINAL
PURCHASER ONLY, AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE TO SUBSEQUENT
OWNERS.
Repair parts and accessories replaced under this warranty are warranted
only for the balance of the original warranty period. Reasonable care must
be used in conformity with operation and maintenance instructions in the
owner’s manual and quick start guides. Any damage caused by failure
to follow these instructions will void this warranty. All parts or products
replaced under warranty become the property of ECHO Bear Cat
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE CAUSED BY:
• Normal wear items including, but not limited to: seals/packings, valves,
plungers, and sealing o-rings.
• Normal maintenance, service or adjustments.
• Misuse, negligence, accident, improper maintenance, or by parts
or accessories not supplied by ECHO Bear Cat.
• Improper setup, installation or adjustment.
• Unauthorized modifications of the product.
