Recycle your old therm ostat safely w ith your local hazardous waste facility.

Decid e if you w ant to use the trim plate w ith your ecobee.
The trim p late is useful if you w ant to hide marks or holes
left on t he w all by your old therm ostat .
If using the trim plate, align the mount ing holes on t he t rim
plate and b ackplate and p ress t hem into place t og et her.
