Chapter 2.1 ‘General safety advice’ on page 4, you will find detailed
information on the arrangement of the metering pump, pressure
maintenance valve, injector valve etc., as well as on the types and
installation of the hose pipes.
4.1 Hydraulic Connections
4.1.1 Hydraulic Connections - EMP KKS

1 Union nut
2 Clamping piece
3 Tapered part
4 O-ring
5 Fixing hole
R Return pipe
S Suction pipe
n Separate double-hose according to the diagram, cut it straight and
remove the connecting bridge.
n Depending on the point of connection (suction or return flow side), cut to
different lengths (take care in making an even cut)!
n Push the return flow hose through the fixing hole (pos. 5).
n Push the union nut (pos. 1) and clamping piece (pos. 2) over the suction
hose piece.
n Attach the tapered part (pos. 3) until stop motion.
n Put the O-ring (pos. 4) in valve groove and screw down the union nut by
hand.
