  If the low-level indicator appears on the display of your Ecolab Water Pump even when the container is full, it could be due to several reasons. First, the float of the suction pipe might be jammed; try to unjam it. Second, the suction pipe plug or strapping plug could be loose or not properly plugged in; tighten the plug, clean the contacts, and ensure the strapping plug is correctly inserted. Finally, the suction pipe cable could be faulty, in which case you should replace the empty report device.
