n Cut off the metering hose or pipe straight.
n Push over the union nut (pos. 2) and crimping ring
(pos. 3).
n Attach the hose or the pipe onto the connection
piece (pos. 4) until the stop motion and screw it up
by hand.
n Tighten union nut (pos. 7) by hand.
n Adjust angled position by loosening and screwing
down the nut again (pos.1).

1. Trim the tube to the precise length.
2. Slide the union nut (pos. 2 and 14) and clamping piece (pos. 3 and 13) over the tube
and attach the tube to the taper up to the stop collar (pos. 4 and 12).
3. Insert the O-ring (pos. 5 and 11) into the valve groove and tighten the union nut.
4. For an easy venting of the metering pump, the venting connection (pos. 8) is to be
led back via a separate pipeline (pos. 9) into the metering medium container.
