• When the temperature is reached, the heating is switched o. The fan continues to run for approx.
15 minutes. When the room temperature drops, the heating switches back on automatically.
• On the position with the ice crystal symbol the frost guard function is selected. (The device
switches on at a temperature of approx. 3 °C).
• The device can be operated continuously during the frost period. Check the lter insert regularly
for dirt and replace it if necessary.
• With the ventilation symbol you select the fresh air blower (without heating function) to create a
pleasant room climate.
4) PLUS rocker switch
With this 3-position rocker switch you can increase the heating power in the levels 450W and 750W by 2
intermediate levels. With the slightly increased heating output, the fan speed is also slightly increased.
• With the 1-point rocker switch position, a medium PLUS heating output is selected.
• With the 2-point rocker switch position, a stronger PLUS heating output is selected.
When the PLUS rocker switch is switched on, the control lamp with the dot designation lights up.
Note: The PLUS function can only be selected in the 450 W and 750 W power levels. This function cannot
be activated in the MAX power level.
5) LEISE (SILENCE) rocker switch (with ear icon)
When you turn on the SILENCE switch, the indicator light with the ear icon lights up.
The fan motor switches o 15 minutes after the selected room temperature has been reached.
When the SILENCE function is switched o, the fan continues to run continuously at the lowest level.
This prevents the formation of condensation, which is very common in caravans and boats and causes
fungal spores and unpleasant odors. This setting is also particularly suitable for frost monitor operation.
Important notice !
The fan motor is suitable for continuous operation. Power consumption is only 10-15W.
SELECT High Seas version
The switches are protected against splash water by waterproof silicone caps.
When operating the switches, make sure that the desired switching operation has been carried out by
clicking into place.
With this optional version, the electronic circuit board inside the device is also provided with a silicone
coating and is therefore protected against oxidation in salty or humid air.
