Turn WINBOT 9 over and attach the
Cleaning Pad to the Velcro smoothly. Make
sure the Cleaning Pad is placed exactly
within its Velcro area.

Tether MUST be used.

If WINBOT 9 is being used to clean an inside window, please skip to step 3.6.
