If your ECOVACS Cleaning Equipment WINBOT prompts that there is insufficient water, it could be due to several reasons: 1. There is no ECOVACS WINBOT cleaning solution in the reservoir. In this case, add the ECOVACS WINBOT cleaning solution. Don't add purified or filtered water. 2. The bumper rail is stuck. Remove WINBOT from the window, check the bumper rail, clean it, and restart WINBOT. If the problem continues, contact customer service. 3. There is an Edge Detection Sensor signal abnormality.
