Why does my ECOVACS WINBOT 920 Cleaning Equipment WINBOT move in an irregular pattern during cleaning?

An irregular cleaning pattern can occur if there's too much dirt and debris on the glass or if the driving treads are worn. If the glass is very dirty, try these steps: * Spray additional Cleaning Solution on the Cleaning Pad. * Clean the Driving Treads. * Replace the Cleaning Pad and restart the cleaning cycle. * Use the App to control the cleaning by pressing Direction Buttons. * Clean the window by hand first and use WINBOT for regular cleaning after that. If the driving treads are worn, check for heavy wear, cracks, or breakage. If you find damage, please contact customer service.
