What to do if my Ecox EAEM is not working?

If your Ecox Air Conditioner isn't working, first, check for a power failure and wait for the power to be restored. Ensure the power is turned on. If the fuse is burned out, replace it. Dead remote control batteries can also be the problem, so replace them. The unit's 3-minute protection feature might be activated; wait three minutes after restarting the unit. Lastly, check if the timer is activated and turn it off if needed.
