      Angel BruceAug 3, 2025
If your EDIFIER Speakers system isn't working, verify the power connection and ensure the wall outlet is switched on. Also, check if the amplifier is in STBY mode, make sure the master volume isn't at minimum, ensure the audio input cable is correctly connected, and confirm there's a signal from the audio source.

The noise coming from your EDIFIER Speakers might be due to high background noise from your VCD/DVD player or sound card. To check, put the system in active mode and remove the audio source. If you don't hear any sound from 1 meter away, the speakers are fine.

    • B
      Brooke SmithAug 17, 2025
To minimize magnetic interference from your EDIFIER Speakers, especially the subwoofer, keep a 1 meter distance between the speaker system and your monitor or TV set. This is because the subwoofer's magnet can cause some magnetism leakage when too close to the monitor.
