Function Description

The Edifier X2 are true wireless earbuds designed for audio playback and communication. They are equipped with touch controls for various functions, including music playback, call management, and voice assistant activation. The earbuds come with a charging case that not only protects them but also provides additional battery life, allowing for extended use on the go. The device supports Bluetooth connectivity for seamless pairing with compatible devices.

Usage Features

Power ON/OFF: The earbuds feature an automatic power management system. They power on automatically when taken out of the charging case, indicated by a blue LED lighting up for 1 second. Conversely, they power off automatically when placed back into the charging case.

Pairing: To pair the earbuds with a device:

1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case. The red and blue LEDs on the earbuds will blink rapidly, indicating they are in pairing mode.
2. On your device, navigate to the Bluetooth settings and select "EDIFIER X2" from the list of available devices to connect. For subsequent use, the earbuds are designed to auto-connect to the last paired device, streamlining the user experience.

Reset: If you encounter connectivity issues or wish to clear previous pairings, you can reset the earbuds:

1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
2. Ensure the earbuds are disconnected from any Bluetooth devices.
3. Press and hold the touch panel on either earbud for approximately 8 seconds. Wait until the blue LED blinks rapidly, indicating the reset process is complete and the earbud has turned off. If both left and right earbuds are connected, resetting one will also reset and turn off the other.
4. Place the earbuds back into the charging case, then take them out again.
5. Select "EDIFIER X2" in your device's Bluetooth settings to reconnect.

Left & Right Connection (Connecting to another X2 earbuds): This feature allows for managing the connection between the left and right earbuds, particularly useful if they become unpaired or if you wish to re-establish their connection. To cancel the Left & Right connection:

1. Ensure the earbuds are disconnected from any other devices.
2. Tap the touch panel on both earbuds 5 times respectively. The blue LED will light up steadily, confirming the connection is canceled.
3. Place the earbuds back into the case after the connection is canceled. To start Left & Right connecting:
4. Take the earbuds out of the case and ensure they are disconnected from any other devices.
5. Tap the touch panel on both earbuds 2 times respectively. The blue LED will blink rapidly, indicating they are attempting to connect to each other.
6. Once the connection is successful, select "EDIFIER X2" in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect.

Controls: The Edifier X2 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on both the left and right touch panels, allowing for easy management of various functions:

• Music Playback:

  • Play/Pause: Tap the touch panel on either earbud twice (x2).
  • Next Track: Tap the touch panel on the right earbud three times (x3).
  • Previous Track: Tap the touch panel on the left earbud three times (x3).

• Call Management:

  • Answer/End Call: Tap the touch panel on either earbud twice (x2).
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the touch panel on either earbud for 3 seconds (3s).

• Voice Assistant:

  • Activate Voice Assistant: Tap the touch panel on the left earbud three times (x3).

• Game Mode:

  • Toggle Game Mode: Tap the touch panel on the right earbud three times (x3).

• Volume Control:

  • Volume Up: Tap the touch panel on the right earbud twice (x2).
  • Volume Down: Tap the touch panel on the left earbud twice (x2).

• Power On/Off (Manual):

  • Power On: Press and hold the touch panel on either earbud for 3 seconds (3s).
  • Power Off: Press and hold the touch panel on either earbud for 3 seconds (3s).

Maintenance Features

Charging: The Edifier X2 earbuds and their charging case are designed for convenient charging.

• Earbuds Charging:

  1. When you hear a low battery prompt tone from the earbuds, place them into the charging case.
  2. During charging, a red LED on the earbuds will be steadily lit. The LED will turn off once the earbuds are fully charged.

• Charging Case Charging:

  1. Connect the charging case to a power source using the included Type-C charging cable.
  2. A red LED on the charging case will be steadily lit while it is charging. The LED will turn off once the charging case is fully charged.

Important Notes for Maintenance:

• Do not charge the product if there is sweat or other liquids inside the charging port, as this may damage the product. Ensure the charging port is dry before connecting the charging cable.
