  If your EDM Fan is not turning on, first, ensure it is properly plugged into a 120V AC, 60Hz polarized outlet/receptacle. If it still doesn't turn on, check your electrical box to see if a breaker has tripped or a fuse has blown. You can also try plugging the fan into a different receptacle in your house.

Why did my EDM Fan suddenly turn off?

  If your EDM Fan was working but suddenly turned off, it might be due to the timer setting. Check the control panel and make sure that all timer lights (0.5H, 1H, 2H, 4H) are off. If any of them are lit, press the timer button until they all are off.

  If the air coming out of your EDM Fan isn't strong enough, it could be due to dust buildup on the back of the fan. To resolve this, turn the fan off, unplug it, and use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the back of the grille to remove any dust. After cleaning, plug the fan back in and turn it on.
