The extremely low pressure at the inlet of the running vacuum pump can cause solvents
t
o solidify. The extent of the solidicaon depends on the solvent used and pressure at
the inlet of the pump. To get the best cleaning eect, we recommend the solvent that
remains at least partly in the liquid phase inside the pump. This can be achieved by
increasing the inlet pressure of the vacuum pump. To increase the inlet pressure of the
vacuum pump, you can install one of our inlet purge accessories in combinaon with the
ush kit.
