RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI
ATTENZIONE: fermare sempre l’unità e scollegare la spina prima di effettuare tutte le prove
correttive raccomandato nella tabella sottostante, tranne che venga richiesto il
funzionamento dell’unità.
Quando si sono verificate tutte le possibili cause e il problema non è risolto, consultare un Centro
Assistenza Autorizzato. Se si verifica un problema che non è elencato in questa tabella, consultare un
Centro Assistenza Autorizzato.
PROBLEMA POSSIBILI CAUSE SOLUZIONE
Il motore non si avvia o si spegne
solo dopo pochi secondi dall’avvio.
1. Spina disinserita o inserita male.
2. Cavo elettrico danneggiato.
1. Inserire la spina.
2. Fare sostituire il cavo da un Centro
Assistenza Autorizzato.
Il motore parte e funziona, ma la
lama non ruota
ATTENZIONE: non toccare
mai la lama quando il
motore è in funzione.
Spegnere immediatamente il motore e
contattare un Centro Assistenza Autorizzato.
TROUBLESHOOTING CHART
WARNING: always stop the unit and disconnect the plug from the mains before carrying out
any of the corrective checks recommended in the table below, except when they require
the unit to be in operation.
When you have checked all the possible causes listed and you are still experiencing the problem, see
your Servicing Dealer. If you are experiencing a problem that is not listed in this chart, see your Servicing
Dealer for service.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Engine will not start or will run
only a few seconds after starting.
1. Plug disconnected or not fully
inserted.
2. Power cable damaged.
1. Insert the plug.
2. Have the cable replaced by an Authorised
Service Centre.
Engine starts and runs, but blade is
not rotating
WARNING: Never touch the
blade while the engine is
running.
Switch off the motor immediately and
contact an Authorised Service Centre.
RÉSOLUTION DES PROBLÈMES
ATTENTION : toujours arrêter l’outil et le débrancher avant d’intervenir selon les indications
du tableau ci-dessous, sauf indication contraire.
Si le problème persiste après avoir vérifié toutes les causes possibles indiquées, contacter un Centre
d'Assistance Agréé. En cas de problème non référencé dans ce tableau, contacter un Centre d'Assistance
Agréé.
PROBLÈME CAUSES PROBABLES SOLUTION
Le moteur ne démarre pas ou
s'arrête quelques secondes après
le démarrage.
1. Prise débranchée ou mal
branchée.
2. Câble électrique endommagé.
1. Brancher la prise.
2. Faire remplacer le câble auprès d'un Centre
d'Assistance Agréé.
Le moteur démarre et tourne, mais
la lame ne tourne pas
ATTENTION : ne jamais
toucher la lame lorsque le
moteur tourne
Couper immédiatement le moteur et
contacter un Centre d'Assistance Agréé.

PROBLEM MÖGLICHE URSACHEN ABHILFE
Der Motor startet nicht oder geht
wenige Sekunden nach dem Start
wieder aus.
1. Stecker abgezogen oder falsch
angeschlossen.
2. Stromkabel beschädigt.
1. Stecker anschließen.
2. Das Kabel durch eine autorisierte
Servicestelle austauschen lassen.
Motor startet und läuft, aber die
Messer dreht nicht
ACHTUNG: Messer bei
laufendem Motor niemals
berühren
Den Motor sofort abstellen und eine
autorisierte Servicestelle verständigen.
